This is a example of what the viruses looked like
I am not dead, nor am I alive. A wandering spirit to say the least. Viruses roam this planet. They come in pink, blue, yellow, red, purple, and green. My fate was sealed when these viruses destroyed me from the inside out, tearing me apart. They have destroyed all of my people, all of my species, all of humanity! For this our ghosts have been sent to another planet where the dead roam. A plan for dominance as arisen when “mother” the queen demon that cares for us, decided that the viruses must be stopped.
We traveled far from home, but we managed to return to the battleground our old corpses lay upon. Home is different from what it used to be, many things have evolved; the atmosphere is glowing colors that should not be there. Animals have evolved into different things. And no human could be found. Humanity reached its end.
The viruses and my people have fought hard. Many lives where lost but they seem to have developed some sort of ability to self-replicate, we are out numbered by many. I fear we are losing the battle.
I have been captured by these “viruses” whom I don’t even think are viruses anymore. They have gained intelligence compared to that of a kid when we tried to overthrow them. Before I could wish my final goodbyes they started… Singing? I blacked out after a painful song, it felt like my limbs where torn of and my skin started to reform. I wake up and look into a puddle of water and… I’m one of them…
