I've had a writer's block for a while, thus, I've been on a bit of a writing hiatus. However, I've just gotten into writing this pasta that I believe will be pretty good. Now, I need you guys' opinion on how it is, as I want my pasta that will be my return to writing to be good. I haven't finished this yet, in fact, I'm not even half way finished, but before I continue I'd like to hear your opinion on if you think that this could work. Anyways, below is a bit of a teaser for the pasta, just the intro, not anything too huge or spoiler filled, and just there so that you guys can get a feel for what the pasta is about.
"Ah, the 90s, a much simpler time. Back when people weren't offended by everything, kids weren't disrespectful little brats, and gaming was at its highest point. I was lucky enough to have been born during that incredible time. My fondest memories as a child were the late 90s, back when Pokemon and the Nintendo 64 took the world by storm. I remember those days like they were yesterday. Trading pokemon through the obnoxious link cable, and having friends over for weekly gaming tournaments on my trusty N64. Oh, the good old days...
However, amid all of those jovial and euphoric memories of childhood, lays a dark, terrible memory in the darkest recesses of my mind. That memory lies there shrouded under all of the innocent childhood memories, a burden to me, never able to leave my thoughts. A memory that nearly tarnished my fondness of gaming for a decade, a memory of the 24th cheat in Goldeneye 007.."
So, if that didn't tell you enough about what the story will be about, I'll just tell you here. This is a pasta about a guy who grew up in the 90s, and has fond memories of the late 90s and the N64. Yadda yadda yadda, on the cheats list people notice there is room for a 24th cheat and people start trying to find it. After the narrator and his friends are told an incredibly complicated way to find the cheat, the narrator goes home to try it. To his surprise, it works, and then creepiness ensues. (Also, please note that that is just an incredibly rough description on what the pasta will be about.)
Well, thanks for reading, and I'd love your feedback on if I should continue writing about the idea. If you don't really get what the pasta is about, don't worry about it, I know my description sucked lol.
